    If this is really what you did, you have two dhcp servers on the same subnet which is a recipe for disaster.

    It’s been 24 hours. No problems so far. Though it took about 14 days for the first 2.4g drop outs to happen on 384.5 final.

    Same thing happening here. It doesn’t happen everyday but it seems connected to the daily scheduled reboot that I do due to 2.4ghz wifi cutting out. Trying the new alpha build now and have turned off the schedules reboot.

    the size of the flash for your router has nothing to do with your issue. in the OP's case, the rootfs was smaller in the past and expanded on the 68u. You're looking for a model specific issue that isn't an issue with the 88u.

    I sense Merlin doesn’t touch the ipv6 stuff. If that’s the case, the issue exists with the stock firmware as well, and the fix would have to come from ASUS.

    Try toggling the reduce USB 3.0 interference setting under your wifi 2.4 ghz settings.

    FWIW iphones using the same router as the OP on Rogers internet here connect no problem to Wifi calling.

    Likely you missed the prompt to manually reboot.
