    Have you tried to update the AC3200 with the latest firmware? It is now: ASUS RT-AC3200 Firmware version 3.0.0.4.378.7838 Always good to fully reset the router after the firmware update and input all custom settings manually (no restore of previous saved backup files).

    Sounds more like a browser problem than a router issue. Have you tried to use another browser clean the cache and hofully free of any third party BHOs?

    I think he/she refers to the 5Gghz WPS bug, i.e. WPS on 5Ghz is ON even if it is reported OFF. With this firmware 7010 they added a new bug on-top, you cannot turn off WPS otherwise the 5Ghz will not work anymore.     Yes, a reboot fixed it, here. BUT: This means that due to the WPS bug, you are obliged to keep the 5Ghz WPS ON. Must be a new NSA requirement to facilitate access :D:p . Lets hope that the WPS pincode 12345670 issue is really fixed

    Did you connect your modem with the cable to the internet port of ASUS, reset to factory default the router and follow the instruction on screen to configure the router? Which error do you get with this process?

    Depending on the modem and its configuration options. Sometime is enough to turn off the PPP/PPPoE (in the section where you input your login and password). Just post your modem type so users here can look at the user manual.
