    You have to report to TrendMicro and request a reclassification (false positive). However, my experience is that they tend to ignore reports especially because under their classification database some sites blocked by ASUS are actually flagged as SAFE (like the one you mention)...

    You will not be able to use any third party firmware with D7800. This is not a problem if you plan to keep the modem/router up to its EOL. But if you want to keep longer than ... no more fixes or official firmwares and you will be left alone.

Most likely they are actively developing but we have less chances to contribute (?). I hope that they will rethink their policy as it was a real added...

    After more than two weeks of honourable uninterrupted operations of the beta firmware, the 2Ghz band decided to die... reset/WPS did nothing. The only way to recover was to go back to official release and then reload the beta. Back on business.... :confused:

    Done, 5ghz Guest, same password of the main connection. Can't replicate what you report. I have no access to other systems or resources (other than mine). Once again, are you sure that you do not limit yourself to ping the resources but you really try to read/write content on LAN resources?

    I understand your frustration, but at the end if it works fine with another server than not a big deal. Just use an alternate address and may be one day when ASUS/NTP will manage to find the issue you can go back to the default one. From a practical point of view there is no difference...

    Not uncommon that pool.ntp.org act weird... for example, here I have no issue whatsoever with time syncro. But I had similar issues in the past with other routers that no one could replicate :(
