354 merlin 5G working great (at least for me)

I finally got the 5G working 1-1.3Gbps with pce-ac66 adapter without reset the router daily (3-4 days running now without reset)

Here is what I did:

1. Reset router to default
2. clear nvram
3. Reboot
4. enter basic info to get the router started
5. flash with merlin 354 firmware
6. reboot
7. clean nvram
8. reset router to default
9. reboot
10. enter your configuration.
11. change the 5G--> professional volt to 200
DONE.

So far so good and the connection now always at 1-1.3Gbps.

yes tx power= 200mW

my router is: 12 feet away under the basement with 2 walls

just out of curiosity, what temperature are your radio's running at (did you also do this on the 2.4GHz).

I agree that 354 is probably the best I've tried so far - everything seems to be working with the exception of the 2.4Ghz band which seems to be all over the place. Hopefully the next wireless driver Merlin gets hold of will iron our some of the creases..
