How to forward all packets for an ip to another ip? it should be redirected in both directions (i.e. both the received and the sent between two ips)
is that even possible?

okay, I found out on IRC that this is not possible because the router does not regulate anything in the LAN

IP is layer 3 so you are routing packets if you are doing it by IP. You would need to go from one router to another router for this to work.

ok, then I connect a raspberry pi, which acts as a gateway and translates the IPs between the router and the device in LAN
