Because they are not part of a formal release, and I don`t offer any support for these alpha builds. They are as low effort as possible on my part, which means just occasionally depositing them in the Test Builds folder for people who would to play with them. I just monitor feedback as part of a simple smoke test.

What you end up seeing in your browser address bar after multiple redirects is probably causing issues. No reason not to use Merlin’s URL.

I didn't understand it either. You're right that they end up in the same place though. I just blamed it on Microsoft

Yes, but it more clearly validates that it's a legitimate link. And also it will still work properly when I move to a different location, like happened last week.

Also, you don't want to skip redirections that are done by Microsoft when you first land on the shared link. The final link for instance is different from the link that is generated when I share the folder.

Has anyone tested this build? It's just strange that many users complain about the 386.12 versions, but AFAICS not even one report of trying 386.13 alpha to see if things improve.

I have been using this build for "up 2 days, 16:45" without noticing any problems on a RT-AC86U.
Not really tested but just ordinary used. Nothing worrying in the log file.
