AC Bridge Question

I just setup my AC68 and put my AC66 in media bridge mode. Originally I tried repeater but was getting stability issues with the AC66 for some reason. The AC66 in media bridge seems to be pretty stable but why is my link speed Link rate: 877.5 Mbps when it should be 1300 or more?

The ac56u is 867M max sync rate , so will never sync above that no matter what you connect it to

I have an ac66 not 56. The 66 should have 1300 just like the ac68

I dont thing so... It is strange because it shows the connection to the AC66 as 866.7 TX and RX BUT one of the ethernet clients on the AC66R it is showing as 1053 TX and 866.8 RX.

Makes sense. I tried repeater first but it was horrible unstable (AC66R kept dropping the connection and/or rebooting... Couldn't tell which cause the log didn't show anything) and I have no need for a wireless repeater and cutting my bandwidth in half.

Don't get hung up on link rates. They are not always accurately reported. Delivered throughput is what counts.
