P.S. I thought you had an AC86U, not an AC68U?
That's a fair point, I had never thought of that (I've used iperf3 in many environments, but CPU has never been a factor I've had to consider previously).The router's CPU will be a bottleneck if you run an iperf endpoint directly on it.
