AC87R Disconnecting from Modem every few days

My RT-AC87R works great but every few days it disconnects from my cable modem (Charter) and a hard reboot fixes the issue but I'm trying to understand WHAT is causing this issue (if it's from Charter's end or from the Asus router). Attached is my system log. If someone can take a peak at it and possibly identify the problem I would be greatly appreciated.

With Charter you have to ensure that DHCP is set to "Normal" rather than "Aggressive" on the WAN page.
 
Thanks Merlin. I did as you suggested and it happened again tonight. This started happening with the latest Asus firmware (2678). When the connection goes down this is the message that comes up on my browser.
