Adaptive QoS doesn't seem to help T-Mobile WiFi Calling...

I have no idea how T-Mobile's VoIP service works, so I don't know.

Also make sure you understand the distinction between congestion within your LAN, and on your WAN. QoS only applies to your WAN connection. If you are using various wifi devices and your phones are also wifi-based, you will still have issues.
Yes i'm very well aware of congestion on the LAN vs WAN. This is for sure WAN. I know you don't know the specifics for T-Mobile WiFi, but if they theoretically used UDP 4500 and 5060/5061 TCP, then have I set it up properly?

Should be good if that's all they use, and you have properly entered your upstream/downstream values.
 
If I were a betting man I'd say you'd have a better experience trying to find a way to negotiate a slower upload speed to ensure you have 1mbit free for the calls as is specified in the requirements from tmobile.
