My router resembles a "facehugger"... does that count?What's going on with the Spider-Man router? Missed the target and fell from height?
Personal preference.Hello, so with the Hagezi lists I'm noticing there are now some lists that have the standard DNS AdGuard list and IP list. For example, The Threat Intelligence Feeds list and DoH/VPN/TOR/Proxy Bypass. Although the description says the IP list is to be used in conjunction with the DNS list how do they differ in terms of:
Speed/Efficiency
Effectiveness
I currently have too many lists (memory and CPU power is not an issue). I have tried enabling/disabling lists, but it has not made any noticeable difference. So trying to understand if there are any gains to be had by disabling or keeping the IP list. Should one list (DNS vs IP) be preferred over the other?
I am running unbound. Would that have any issues with too many DNS filter lists?
Which lists are a waste?Some lists (like OISD Big and Hagezi++) include many other lists. Adding those lists is a waste of memory and cpu.
Every list that is included in a BIG list that you may already use.Which lists are a waste?
HaGeZi's Pro++ may cause some false blocks.I have 4 DNS Blocklists configured, how are they evaluated, AdGuard DNS filter first, then HaGeZi Threat, etc. or all of them are combined and then performed a single scan? Thanks
My lists are:
- AdGuard DNS filter
- HaGeZi's Threat Intelligence Feeds
- HaGeZi's Pro++ Blocklist
- OISD Blocklist Big
I have moved to HaGeZi Pro + AdGuard DNS filter only, it is working well, they filter 96%, I don't need anything elseHaGeZi's Pro++ may cause some false blocks.
