Hi guys, I have a Questions:

Can i set up remote access and DDNS with out public ip, i only have privet ip cuz i use 4g modem connect to the asus router by ethernet and it cannot use passthrough?

Not out of the box. You will need to use a DDNS client on a computer to properly update your DDNS hostname, and to somehow forward ports 443/8443 to your router - something I'm not sure a 4g modem can do.
