When LED control is disabled it turns the LEDs on. This has always been the case. This is after a reboot. I'd expect the LEDs to be off. Not so
Minor (does not affect functionality) issue with amtm reporting that new firmware version is available:amtm 4.9 is now available
- Adds support for 3006.x firmware: GT-BE98 (by @GNUton) and RT-BE96U, GT-BE98_PRO (by @RMerlin).
- Shows correct firmware version in header for new models.
- LED control lc compatibility with new models. 3006.x firmware models switch AURA lighting on and off if enabled with the changed option to use Night Mode when switched on.

Checking MerlinAU, I can also confirm no updates are actually available
That’s someone else’s software causing that while you updated. Nothing in amtm does anything like that as far as I know._wlcsm_create_nl_socket:268: pid:4253 binding netlink socket error!!!
Oh, it is someone else’s bug:Updating to 4.9 was presented with a "wlcsm" message, which just hung there. After about 30 seconds the "panel showing following data" closed back to the SSH prompt.

Hey @L&LD... I can't seem to PM you, so I'm having to do this here, but your AMTM thread is locked due to age/limits.
amtm - amtm step-by-step install guide - L&LD
This is a step-by-step guide that will show how to optimally set up a USB drive for Asus’ RMerlin powered routers that will at the very minimum allow for use of a swap file for your supported router. It will optionally install Entware properly too, all with the help of amtm by @thelonelycoder...www.snbforums.com
I've seen them go past 6 months. The other qualifier is if you have more than 25 pages/500 posts it seems.Doesn’t look locked to me? Maybe was unlocked idk.

Nvm.. guess it’s time to start a new one and link the past post or ask @thiggins but it’s per his 6 month rule.
My opinion? RIP step by step amtm guide. It has so many wrong or outdated suggestions that I get a headache when glancing over it. They were never updated despite repeated corrections by other users or me.Hey @L&LD... I can't seem to PM you, so I'm having to do this here, but your AMTM thread is locked due to age/limits.
