Are these security issues addressed in Merlin's firmware releases?

Just came across this article and was wondering if the Merlin firmwares are vulnerable to these issues, and if so can that be fixed?
I may be wrong, but the upcoming release (in beta) states:
Code:
380.66 beta (xx-xxx-2017)
   - NEW: Merged with GPL 380_7378

which is the last release from Asus, which addresses the CVEs in question. So presumably since Merlin is merging with the latest GPL from Asus, the fixes are on the way?
