LOL looks like it resolved itself, but definitely will clear both, odd though! Thanks for the quick reply

I generally use Firefox. Clearing browser cache typically resolves any GUI issues.Hi all, longtime fan of Merlin's work, just retired my RT-AC68U after 12 years of reliable service. Now running a GT-AX6000, flashed this firmware after letting the router run overnight, no issues on stock current firmware. No performance issues on this version of Merlin either, but some odd GUI things using Safari v17.6 . Everything looks normal when logging in with Chrome. Safari is my preferred browser (using iMac) ... any thoughts on what's going on? Thank you for looking!
I'd recommend testing if the same the same behavior is present on stock firmware. If it is, then i'd recommend opening a ticket.I am having a reproducible problem with
3004.388.8_4 running on GT-AX6000 with ipv6 enabled.
My ISP modem/router is running in bridge mode providing interner connectivity to GT-AX6000.
The problem that I have is that at times when I ssh to GT-AX6000 a simple
ping6 www.google.com
will not respond.
Disabling the ipv6 firewall and re-enabling it seems to fix the problem temporarily.
A restart on the router might re-trigger it and I say might because this does no happen everytime.
Any help to debug this would be appreciated. Should I open a new ticket for this?
I can provide info and debug logs so please feel free to ask.
It's the same here on my AX88U.Not that anyone familiar with the issue will be surprised, but I've found that even with my AX86U Pro running 388.8_4, the client list still stops updating after a while. As usual, its pretty hard to pin down how soon it stops updating, but for this most recent instance, it happened within a few days of rebooting the router. ASUS should remove the client list or add a note at the top of the list stating that the client list should not be expected to be accurate, or that the router should be rebooted if the user wants an accurate client list.
I am not installing the stock firmware for now because it will be a pain to set it up again.I'd recommend testing if the same the same behavior is present on stock firmware. If it is, then i'd recommend opening a ticket.
*It always seems to involve a router that is in "bridge" mode!C:\Users\noneofyourbusiness] # ping -6 www.google.com
