Hello all,

Is it possible to connect these 2 routers (wireless , second as extender?)

I would like to have Asus Merlin on my main router RT-N66u and Tomato\DD-WRT on Cisco E1200v1.

Thanks

KAD, could you please provide any kind of tutorial or anything that could help me accomplish this?

Thanks in advance.

there's not much to tell

in DD-WRT
enter bridge mode
then underwireless set up
enter your SSID and password, etc ...
save

done

really wasn't anything to it
did not change anything at all on AC66U side

Go to the Linksys E1200 support site and download the latest E1200 v1 stock firmware which supports bridge mode. There's not much reason to use DD-WRT or tomato if you're going to put it in to bridge mode. Make sure you reset E1200 to factory defaults after you flash the firmware.

And then follow the bridge mode instructions in link below.
