Our RT-AC68U Router and RT-AC1900U Media Bridge do run without scheduled reboots and since some firmware releases ago (I really can't tell when, 2022 or 2023) I never need to reboot them due to issues.
Both boxes run until the next firmware release installation or get rebooted after a power cycle for other reasons, they usually run at least 2-3 months untouched in the desired start and forget mode.
I suppose they still suffer a slow increasing RAM memory usage, which never reaches an alarming level (due to what ever reboot as mentioned above).

One recent issue with the Media Bridge:
The router decided to change the 5 GHz channel according this System Log message:
Nov 25 21:41:43 acsd: acs_set_chspec: 0xe06a (100/80) for reason APCS_CSTIMER
The Media Bridge apparently refused to follow the channel change, lost connection and required a manual reboot to find the Router again.

Colour me extremely impressed but do you believe this, after reporting to ASUS after the latest 3.0.0.4.386_51720 firmware about the "Custom Icons" bug still persisting after several firmware updates, they've surprised AC68U owners with a new firmware :)
Firmware version 3.0.0.4.386_51722
