I sometimes get like ttl=100 but its usually this:

I cant access the routers recovery mode either.
Is there any way to force recovery mode?

Try using the firmware restoration tool while the ping s ttl=100 if you aren't able to use flash -no header or the cfe mini web server.

its not connecting to the device
then says router is not in rescue mode.

is there a way to increase the TFTP retry timeout because it gets timeed out when uploading the 40MB Asus official FW using tftp2.exe


Also if you can just look at this logs and tell me where I can go from here.

Use tftpd32.

I have 3 netgear r7000p with the last error line you have in your log.
Get a new router.

Not that I know of.
Now that you opened it up it might be harder get an rma.
