Hey all SNB's.

I have build a small network primary for streaming music, video and pictures.
It consists of Synology ds-211+ (Nas), Ipad 2 and a Apple Airport Express.
The problem is that, when I will stream music to the Airport from the nas via my Ipad 2 it lack a lot, and I have an idea that it is because my old router is to bad.

I have decided to buy a new router, but which router is best to my setup, of these too: ASUS RT-N56U Vs. Apple AirPort Extreme Base Station?

it's wired. Ipad and Express is wireless. I have to laptops there also is wireless and on pc that are wired.

Music streaming requires only 100's of kbps of bandwidth. So your problem could be interference from other networks or RF sources like microwave ovens, cordless phones, which a new router would not improve.
