Yes, I have a HDD on the USB port (which hibernates after 3 minutes)
Ok, that makes sense. Even on 386, attached drives use a good chunk of memory.Yes, I have a HDD on the USB port (which hibernates after 3 minutes)
You are not wrong, 48664 was quality firmware. My only hesitation is that it's almost a year old. Hence, the reason I prefer 50224 over 48664 for 386 firmware.definitely for the ax5400 asus tuf the best firmware is the 48664 with the latest firmware if you have a lot of videos and photos on the 2tb usb drive that I have, the router restarts every half hour and none of the 386 series happens...
now runs ok 388 latest... for you what is best 386 latest or 388 latest? You are not wrong, 48664 was quality firmware. My only hesitation is that it's almost a year old. Hence, the reason I prefer 50224 over 48664 for 386 firmware.
Haven't tried it. One of these days...what about TUF-AX5400_388.1_0-gnuton1_tuf_puresqubi.w ? its the merlin version fo ax5400... whats your opinion?
Latest 388 I have only tested for a week, so too early to judge. Thus far, seems stable. I had a brief (less than 30 seconds) internet disconnection (not WiFi), but I think (hope!) it was ISP related.now runs ok 388 latest... for you what is best 386 latest or 388 latest?
