After a while of disabling the downloadmaster. The usage of RAM is still very high. Here is the print out of the 'ps w' command in telnet.
Is it normal?
Not sure since I don't torrent from the router, but it sounds plausible to me.
If you are using a hard disk (and not a USB flash), you could try enabling swap support. Note that I haven't tested it myself yet, but try this:
1) Telnet in (or go to the Run Cmd page)
2) run these:
nvram set apps_swap_enable=1
nvram set apps_swap_size=256000
nvram commit
Then reboot. After reboot, check available memory (through "free"), or through the Sysinfo page (if running build 14). See if this helps with general stability and performance.
 
	
 
 
		 Just rebasing the code on a new firmware version and then testing it pretty much takes a whole evening.  This is the current focus with the release of 178 (and now 182 is just around the corner).  I have to put the focus on this first, due to the bugfixes it brings.  Bugfixes always have priority over features.
