BE30000/BQ16 Pro - Devices dropping to 2.4Ghz, will not reconnect to 5Ghz

New Around Here
Hi, fairly new system, as the subject states, many devices across all 3 APs dropped from 5GHz to 2.4, and I am having great difficulty getting them back. Essentially I have to take them offline, delete the record of the device in the offline client list, and reconnect them to get them back to 5GHz. rebooted the network, no help. A simple device reboot, which normally would work is not currently. I was running on channel 36, when this happened I noticed some interference, have switched to 161, still having the issue. Now I am back on 48 as it shows clear, devices still not switching back to 5GHz. Also kicked it down to 4Mhz band. It seems like corrupt entries in the client DB in some manner. Latest firmware across the board, happened to a Windows 11 PC, Echo devices, Ring cameras, some of these mere feet from an AP. Any thoughts?
