- Modified the access rights of account mode and share mode to asusware.platform path when lighttpd server is enabled. (Très Acton at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence)
- Modified the access rights to specific port of UPnP server. (Thanks to Acton)
- Updated lighttpd server version to 1.4.39 (Thanks to Tommi)
- Restricted access from wan method to enhanc security. (Thanks for David)
- Changed SSH and Telnet default access interface.

New Features
- Supported auto dynamic port changing of UPnP server when ports conflict.
- Supported more ASUS Router App new features

Bug fixed
- Fixed the GUI issue for reboot scheduler
- Fixed httpd/ Telnetd/ SSH restart issue after LAN address changed

Nice to have GPL source code for a beta release, and an upgrade to the 380 range, thanks Asus!

[edit] But apparently there is something missing, so Merlin not able to build a new version using this. Note that Asus have also caught up with GPL releases for earlier 378.... releases

Upgraded my RT-N66U from 3.0.0.4.378.9529 to 9.0.0.4.380.2695.
Due to the change from .378 to .380 I also reverted the router to factory defaults and configured it manual again.
Sofar so good, no "garbage" in the log yet.
Good step from Asus to bring even this router to the .380 level.

Didn't get on with this firmware, found it slower overall than 3.0.0.4.378.9529, and after 24 hours everything slowed right down to an almost halt, so reverted back.

Also the "App" button seemed to do nothing?

I find 3.0.0.4.378.9529 really stable, I can run it for months with no problems. Also find it considerably quicker than merlin.

The only firmware I found thats better is Gomes, but that has other issues we all know about.

Roughly speaking and this purely based on sending a file over my network from nas to pc on 5ghz 40mhz wireless about 10ft range through 1 wall; I was getting about 19MBps over network - merlin(380fw) - 22MBps official (378fw) 20MBps official beta (380fw) and Gomes - lol pushing 32 MBps. So not a very accurate test in anyway. For me the official 378 does what I need, thats not to say that the additional features of Merlins are not valid to some or others may achieve faster results. Gomes is a no go for me because I dont feel "safe" using it.
