BT10 as an AP / switch

Occasional Visitor
Just wanted to give another data point for others. I am switching over from 1Gb WAN -> 3x AX88u to 25Gb WAN -> Linux router (Debian, nft, dnsmasq) -> 3x BT10, always using 10Gb ethernet backhaul. While still waiting for the the WAN to be upgraded, I am happy to say that the BT10 works without problems in AP mode (not using AiMesh for this) and I was surprised to see that
- it can pass through the guest wifi to a tagged VLAN on the ethernet, which allows bridging / NATing the 3 guest wifi networks (same ssid) via one guest bridge on the central router. From what I read until now, I was under the impression that VLAN was only for WIFI in this model, not passed down to ethernet, but it really is passed down.
- 3 band MLO on the main network does not have any problems with all of my numerous Matter and other IoT devices, old and new notebooks, wifi7 phones or anything. I read so much bad stuff that I just tried it for fun, but stuck with it.

This includes an AiMesh wifi backhaul connection from one of the APs to a AX58u mesh node in the backyard.

Also, the iperf3 switching speed (ethernet) is near line speed 10Gb even in bidi mode, measuring from the linux router <-> BT10 <-> Notebook.
