Can’t access router GUI

ssm1234

Occasional Visitor
I have an AX-11000 Pro connected in dual WAN mode. (The primary WAN is in PPPoE and the secondary in DHCP; not sure it matters.)

My primary ISP is currently experiencing an outage. So no internet. But I can’t even log into the router’s web GUI page with a wired connection to the router. (Fortunately I have automatic fail over so can write this post.)

What gives? Thanks

What firmware? Are you accessing by IP address or by router name? Can you ping the router? Try a different web browser and or computer if possible.

Looks like one of the WAN cables was plugged into the 10G port. And was causing issues i expect.
