My router is an RT-N66R. I'm using firmware 374.43. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and why I can't VPN using my cellular network. I can connect to my VPN when I'm on wifi and at home on the same network as the router that I want to connect to. Here are my logs from the router,

Please help. I've set up my VPN in the past, and for the most part it's pretty much straight forward. But I'm having a hard time figuring this one out. I called my ISP and they say they aren't blocking any ports. I didn't call my phone company to see if VPN is blocked. I've tried connecting using a DDNS address, using the actual IP address of my modem, I'm at a loss. Please help someone

*I edited out my ip address using xx.xx for privacy*

I'm having the exact same problem with my RT-AC87 on 380.57 and my iPhone. I can connect fine within the network on WiFi, but no luck on cellular reception. I've tried multiple different settings on the PPTP panel, but still no luck.

Anyone have any suggestions? I can't seem to make heads or tails of the issue...

Had the same issue. I contacted my phone service provider that then made sure to give me a public IP over 3G/4G (free of charge) and since then it works fine.

I know I'm necro'ing this post but figure I'd follow up in case this post is searched. It turns out my cell phone provider blocked VPN! I had to pay an extra two dollars a month to get VPN unlocked. After that, it worked like a charm except for the fact that VPN is very slow on the underpowered router! Be sure that your service provider allows VPN!

Ouch...talk about being nickel and dimed.
