New Around Here
My main concern is throughput because I live in a 900 sq.ft. condo with many rooms. My internet connection is fiber with 100/30 Mbps speed. ISP give me Huawei hg8247h, which has very bad signal so I need a new router to increase my wifi range.

There are total of 12 devices and all of them support 5GHz. I usually did 4K streaming from my desktop to 4K TV while other devices watching youtube and playing online game. I never have a storage attached to router before but I am considering it now for the new router.

I had done some research based on acceptable price range. I limit my choice to these three but I open for other suggestion. Netgear device in my country is super expensive but it has a deal on R6900 right now so I include it in.

Netgear R6900 ($184)
Linksys EA7500 ($168)
Asus rt-ac68u ($190)

I read a review on dir-882 ($168). It deliver a great performance but I am not sure about its quality and longevity.

I need your personal experience and suggestion on these choices.

EDIT:I actually do not need MU-MIMO since all of my devices still not support it. I just think that it may be a nice feature to have.

The router has to place next to the rightmost wall of the room because the ONU is right there.

Thank you.

I would go for a Netgear R7800 better range, the price in your country are overpriced a lot.

Get the D-Link DIR-882.

If you end up getting a Linksys EA7500 v2 or a Netgear R6900 v2 then you're getting the same MediaTek components except with only three spatial streams implemented instead of four.
