New Around Here
I've been wondering for a while now why there are different strength indicators in the Asus GUI. I've seen this difference on all my Asus routers, running stock or Merlin, for some time now. Prior devices AC66U, AC88U, AC68U, and current AX86U.

The bottom one is guest network

Thank you, this does clarify the different icons. Is there are reason behind this though?

to differentiate/classify devices connected to main network or guest network

Makes sense. Thank you. I guess I can ID guest from other than different IP range now. But I do have to click into there to even see the icon, where I can see the IP before going in.
