Do I need to worry about this?

Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/root 31616 31616 0 100% /
devtmpfs 127744 0 127744 0% /dev
tmpfs 127848 1172 126676 1% /tmp
/dev/mtdblock4 64256 6632 57624 10% /jffs
Specifically the root filesystem? IT's been like this for months. I'd hate to have an OS upgrade fail because of this. I can't see where exactly I can free up disk on that filesystem. Most disk used is under /lib, /usr and /www. Don't want to piss around with /lib and /usr, if at all? What is under /www that can be cleaned up?
