Hi Guys,

I hope you can help me out.
My setup:

Draytek Vigor 130
Asus Router RT-AC88U

Draytek should work as modem only. I managed to get the connection setup.
Draytek does have IP 192.168.1.x where Asus do have 192.168.2.x...

That worked so far fine, but when I set port forwarding nothing happen. It seems that the port I set in the ASUS router doesn't function yet.

Maybe you could help me out what I have to do then? I need the port forward for my Plex server.

so the first question is does your isp use pppoe or only pppoa , i assume you are on adsl or vdsl , as to bridge the modem makes it nothing but a transparent link between your exchange or node and the router you have connected behind it

once bridged you wont have the issue of dual nat which you currently have as the wireless router will then see the wan side ip address as its own and the wireless router will control everything

there are a couple of options explored in the link below

How to use PPPoE Pass-through and Bridge Mode on Vigor130?
http://www.draytek.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=5346&Itemid=293&lang=en

but it does depend on your isp and its connection and configuration , let us know those details about type of internet and connection method and we can go from there

Actually I do have ADSL but from next Thursday I will shift to VDSL.
The provider supports pppoe only.
