So I want to use the command 'ethtool -A eth1 rx on tx on' for flow control "Advertised pause frame use:" and was wondering if this will require a startup script during boot to make the command permanent.

I assume yes.

My only concern is ethtool -r eth1 returns "Cannot restart auto negotiation: Operation not supported" so I'm curious is it's actually applying. I assume it is by these details as Advertised pause frame use was No prior.
