I see two 386.7 alpha releases for AC86U and AC5300 in the downloads folder. Have not downloaded them yet but was wondering, are these too different even though they are for the same model?

The RT-AC86U and RT-AC5300 are completely different devices.

Yes I know [emoji106]. But was talking about the fact there are two alpha releases for each model in the download folder and wasn’t sure which one to download for each device. I have both of these routers.

Thank you

I'm getting a lot of these in my log with this alpha version:

kernel: FPM Pool 0: pool full

Then internet stops working

Anyone know what is going on with that error ?

Anybody getting reboots on the 86U?

Can't find anything in the system log but my router's up time is never over 24 hours.

Rolled back to stable 384.6 without a reset and already have almost 2 days without a reboot.

I have 3+ days on the latest Alpha, and not a single reboot.

No reboots here.

All good here.

Just loaded the alpha up last night nothing unusual in the logs, although is still see the log filled with ioctl messages every half hour which i also saw in the last couple of builds.... i believe its nothing to be concerned about, and already mentioned in other posts.....is this something we will continue to see in future builds too?

I'm not having problems with 384.7_a1 on the 86U. I run dnscrypt-proxy2 by Thuantran and Skynet. Runs great and no reboots.

Router rock solid for me, but my only issue is my Yamaha app on my phone keeps forgetting my connected devices on my home network... Not an issue before 384.7 A1 to my knowledge.

Have ran the traps on ABsolution and Skynet and no fishy behavior between my devices so I'm a little lost with it. I got all devices singing together again last night, so will look into it further if the issues reappears.

Might be something, might be nothing...
