If all those ports were genuinely open and you weren't aware that you were running those services I'd be seriously concerned.
However, I think it's more likely that you are port mapping your VPN provider's server, not your own router.

I turned off the vpn and did the Gibson tests again. Came out okay with no issues, so as mentioned, likely due to vps. I'll send those JPGs to Windscribe and inquire if there are any issues.

My ISP used to keep port TCP/25 open if port scanning my public IP from outside of the ISP - honeypot perhaps?
Or perhaps they simply intercept all port 25 traffic, and redirect it to their own SMTP.
