I flashed it from 384, now my samsung note 10+ max connection speed is only 650Mbps when next to router, previously it was 1 Gig, also whole ai mesh is a lot slower, I got 2 ac1900p, one lyra voice. only one of the ac1900p is wireless backhaul, the other 2 are ethernet backhaul.

yes dirty flash, lyra voice is on 384 though

Check the usual settings for any needed changes (QoS, Control Channels, AiProtection, Traffic Monitor, etc.) and if the issue still persists, I wouldn't be too keen on troubleshooting this anymore. The following link is what I would be doing.
