Does anyone know how to configure the secondary WAN port to access the Zyxel modem GUI?
(The problem is that the Zyxel modem only has a single LAN port).

I was able to find this information to access the GUI by making these settings:

Do any of you know how to configure the BE98 for this?

Thanks a million!

Have you had any success in setting up a secondary/reverse connection on the main WAN connection of the BE98?
In WAN - Internet Connection: Get the WAN IP automatically
Change the Setting to NO, and in the subsequent dialogue setup the BE98 within the address space of the ZYXEL. If the ZYXEl is properly setup as a modem, the BE98 will still receive WAN DHCP settings in addition to being able access the ZYXEL modem - just so long as the router and modem have different address ranges!

With older routers running 3004 firmware it was doable in SSH, on newer routers running 3006 firmware perhaps the new SD-WAN may work.

Example for different modem with the same one subnet access requirement, thanks to @ColinTaylor:

* - seems like fixed with new firmware for this specific modem, it now allows access from different subnet
