So, I am fed up with the WIFI issues in my house, and I don't want to run any ethernet cabling. I originally had an Asus RU87R (something like that) router and it died yesterday where the WIFI just stopped working. After firmware and resetting to factory defaults I gave up. I had Geek Squad protection on it with BB, so I took it back and got the new WRX3200ACM Linksys Router. The wifi still reaches about the same distance as my last router, but seems to have a bit more strength in the speed of the signal.

Now my issue is, my house is long. It's 2300sq ft on 1 acre. It is a one story. The Cable Modem and Router are in the front most left corner of the house (if you are looking at the house from the front). That is our office. Now going down the hall to the other two bedrooms, by the time we get to the back bedroom which is only around 40 feet from the office, the speed drops from 200mb to 10mb a second when I run a speed test. Signal shows all bars though on that computer.

Now, if we go to the kitchen which is in the right side of the house before the garage which is more right, we have 2 less bars. It is only around 40-50 feet as well from the office, but it goes as far as 80 or so feet. If we go into the garage, we have 1 bar left, and it cuts out. Our garage door openers are WIFI Chamberlain models, and I need to make sure I have a signal for them. They barely have enough to work but unreliable. I had a netgear repeater that boosted the signal, but it was causing more issus than not with other devices in my house that would switch to it.

The Master in the back part of the house is another area we only have 1 bar.

Now, I have been tempted to buy a Eero setup, and use it as the AP's while keeping my Linksys as the main router. Or after reading on this site, the Netgear Orbi sounds promising too.

What can I do to fix this issue to resolve the wifi and have fast speeds and signal everywhere?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The best solution to uneven/ poor WiFi is to spend the money you would pay for big honking router and add one or two Ethernet drops in your home where you can plug in wired APs. If you won't or can't do this then investigate powerline and MOCA.

WifI will always be subject to issues and it will never be any stronger or faster than its weakest link which normally user devices.

certainly the orbi would be a better choice , that back what ever that linksys is and try the orbi instead , if the orbi dont work

and I don't want to run any ethernet cabling.

you just might have to rethink the above statement

Not rethinking it. Due to health reasons, I can't go crawling through an attic.

I wish I could, but Best Buy doesn't stock Orbi, and I had to exchange it for another router they had in stock.

If you could pay the professional cable installer to do the cabling job for you, IMO this is BEST solution.
Always best choice is copper. Only fall back to WiFi if cabling is ABSOLUTELY impossible.

What about using a power line adapter to put a wifi router over by garage. I think your house is an L shape (maybe laying down on it's back with the leg sticking out to the street. You have the router in the front left.

If you can't but the router in the crook of the 'L' then maybe injecting your power lines with a connection and then put an access point on the other end of your house.

Not sure about powerline speeds, but it will probably suffice unless you're trying to stream HD content. I may be wrong on that and it may be fast enough for anything.

If you have rg6 coax available, consider a pair of actiontec 6200s modems and set up a moca 2 run to the back of the house and anywhere else you need to set an AP.
Your cable supplier may already have a moca network set up if you have dvrs on their system. If it is moca2, actiontec has a modem/AP wireless extender. There are plenty of threads here in the moca subforum that can help you get the right devices and get it installed correctly with cable systems present.
