Hosts in Traffic Monitor not the same as assinged in DHCP and Network Map

I have been letting version 378.65_2 burn in for a week now and did reset when I did the update to my AC87R and reconfigured everything via the UI. Now in in the traffic monitor per device it's showing either a hardware id/internal host name for each IP vs. the one I assigned in my DHCP settings. The network map shows the names right, the Traffic Analyzer also. Just the traffic monitor doesn't.

I can live with difference but I think there is a bug here. I checked the ARP tables on the routeer and the NVRAM settings that hold the names and everything looks good. So I am wondering where does the traffic monitor query the names for the devices? I am attaching what I see.

The traffic monitor still uses my old original code that used either the name on the hostname as resolved by DNS, or the name on the DHCP page. I haven't looked yet at tying it to the new client functions Asus added in recent releases.

Thanks for the details. I guess Asus has a lot of things in flight again when it comes to how hosts are identified in their code.
