I come from build 380.67_0 and I factory reset

Did you unplug any hard drive, NAS or printer from usb ports befores flashing new build? If didn't, you can do it now, reflash and do a factory reset again.

That is the best cooling solution in my opinion. Remove the heat-sinks and leave the router unplugged.
