Hi. how can prohibit a particular site ? (home AC68U firmware Merlin) even https
websites - eg youtube
I had an ADSL modem Zyxel he had this function.

Check under firewall > Keyword Filter and also URL Filter

Won't work with https.

He will have to figure out the IP addresses of the sites, and use the Network Service Firewall to block access to those IPs.
 
Could add a pi-hole to his network as the primary DNS server for ipv4/6 (in the event you dont have elevated OS access), then use basic hostfile/dnsmasq routing to 0.0.0.0 :) - But that adds a device ........

I think AsusWRT uses dnsmasq.
 
Then just use AB-Solution, and add a couple more black list entries, done.

I mistakenly just looked at the stock screenshot and assumed he was using a different router. I see now they mentioned 66U.

Or just create your own entries in the hosts file if it's just a handful.
