What do you have configured in the LAN DHCP DNS server fields? Are they blank or do you have values in them. And do you have the LAN DHCP DNS option "Advertise router's IP in addition to user-specified DNS" enabled or disabled?

I cleared the dns cache, closed the browser and it seems to be working now. Even if I have google's DNS set on my PC 8.8.8.8-8.8.4.4, the PC still abides by the Router's DNS (AdGuard).
Tried it a few times, and it seems to be working now.

Just a warning: if you enable DoH in web browsers your router DNS will be by-passed.

If you have a client running openbsd, they can use unwind to use their own local cache.
