Can I doing it from script? I try to write script on jffs partition but seem like it not auto-run on start. Is it possible to do it?

I try this route but too bad no custom firmware for DSL version.You need a custom firmware for custom scripts to work.
Do you mean physical timer? That's the good choice but is it any chance to break router in the long run if we shutdown this way?You could go the simple route and just use a light timer and set the times you want the router to shut down and turn back on. Simple quick and gets the job done.
If you have command line access maybe a cron job could do this with a script.
