Same WAN disconnect problem on my RT-N16 with Merlin .43.
No problems reading modem log, no disconnections, so the problem seems coming from Asus router bridged to D-Link DSL-320B modem.
This happens 2/3 times a day.... but router status report thet is up and running since 3 days, so I think I'm loosing WAN connection without a router reboot.
