Killswitch42

New Around Here
Hiya, I've just bought the Asus RT-N66U and I flashed it with the merlin 378.51. The only thing I can't seem to find, is a kill switch so if the VPN fails, or drops, that the internet instantly cuts off and does not go back to the ISP.

Do you think it's possible that the dev team will introduce a kill switch at some point? And is there any other way to have a kill switch in the meantime?

That was implemented months ago. You need to flash the latest version - 378.51 is very old...

Thanks RMerlin. I did not see the others on the list when I downloaded 51. I now have Firmware:378.56_2 but I still can't see a kill switch option in the open VPN client. Do you know where it is? Thanks :)

Yes, there is settings:
VPN - OpenVPN Clients - Redirect Internet traffic (set to Policy rules) - Block routed clients if tunnel goes down (Yes)
