Merlin traffic meter per device does not work

first off, Hi everyone this is Woomera, been reading and watching this forum for the past week since i found out about merlin firmware and now facing my first issue i decided to post up and ask for your help.

im running firmware 380.57 and enabled the Per device monitoring but when i switch to traffic monitor tab no table shows up, here is the screenshot:

i tried restarting and waiting for few hours but nothing happens. how can i fix this? thanks

I know this reply doesn't help a lot, but it works fine here, using the same build, for RC-AC5300.
But usually when something is not working out for me, but it does for others, i try to hard reset and start over. Did you try this?

thank you for your reply, i havent yet since i have made alot of changes. i thought of backing up and restore after reset though so i might as well just do that.

ok so i did a hard reset and installed latest firmware again for good measures and before restoring settings tried it out and it is fixed now!
