Hi All,
I have my AC3200 for a week now, and am a bit disappointed. I want to use the router for connecting to OpenVPN, and it does the trick, but is quite slow when using the VPN connection. Also I had to factory reset the router twice because I could not reach it anymore. (Am using Merlin 380)
The WIFI signal is not as good as I had hoped, my old Fritzbox is better... ;-)
I think I made the wrong choice... I can return the router to the seller, within 30 days, and order another.
If I read your comments above, I should go for the 86 U am I right? Or would the 87 U or 88 U be even better?

Kind regards,

Rob

if your purpose is Openvpn, can check the site for crypto benchmark
https://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/benchmark.openssl

86 is better than 88/87
