I'm having issues staying connected to Wi-Fi. I created a guest network "kids" with an Adguard account. LANIP is set to 192.168, although the router LAN is set up as 10.10. I'm not sure if this is a problem. I can connect to the kids' network, but I keep losing connection.

Unrelated to DNS server settings for this network. You have to troubleshoot disconnections first.
Unrelated to AdGuard Home add-on for Asuswrt-Merlin. AdGuard account is for online services offered by AdGuard. AdGuard Home is a Pi-hole like software for DNS filtering running locally on the router. AdGuard Home doesn't need an AdGuard online account.
