New install. Unexpected issue.

I just installed the latest Merlin build (first time user) and have an unexpected issue that I need to resolve.

I have a Harmony remote that connects to a hub and after updating now the remote is having major issues talking with the hub. Logitech thinks the issue is a WiFi issue and suggests moving the hardware around (which worked flawlessly on the default firmware.

What should I do to resolve this issue?
