That CPU difference is interesting, the AiProtection packet inspection is hitting the CPU fairly hard. If the CPU is busy doing anything else, then I wonder if that’s not the cause of some packet loss? Maybe AiProtection is single-threaded as well?
 
That very well could be the case. I’ll have to try connecting directly to the router via Ethernet and see if the wifi usage combined with AiProtection causes the higher CPU usage.
 
I don't see a NAT acceleration setting in the router GUI on f/w 49447 (maybe I'm missing something), but it's almost as if AiProtection is disabling acceleration (or has a similar effect as having no NAT acceleration).
