Hello Vanic, can you make a build for the RT-AC68U? Or do one of the two you have in the dropbox, would work for my route model? I was having the same issue as Sam. AiProtection->Vulnerability Protection had to be disabled for ftpes (TLS) to work.

I'm sorry for this off-topic comment but I will be brief:

To all those Asus bashers out there (and I too am contemplating replacing them entirely)...

Where else would you get this level of support? Here is a case of a seasoned IT professional whose complaint, for whatever reason(s), "fell through the cracks" as it were being made right, although it did take over a year.

FYI, I upgraded to 378.9313 official today, and the issue with AIprotection on Intra -> Internet connected FTP is not persisted from the version 378_7838 which I flashed to ensure It was indeed an issue....

also clients used to test in both active/passive

Sorry it took so long to respond.

I installed BETA Firmware 9.0.0.4.378_9366 this evening.

Although the firmware seems to have fixed a few other issues, I can confirm that it did NOT FIX the FTP issues related to Trend Micro's Vulnerability Protection. With VP enabled, FTP traffic is still blocked. Disabled, FTP works fine.
