OpenVPN Stats Page Shows Wrong Client Label

Hello Community,

I am running Merlin 380.58 on a 68U. I used PIA VPN on the router. I use three profiles (client1,client3,client5) any everything works fine. However, I noticed that one client profile displays a old and incorrect label in the VPN Status page. So for example:

This same address will stay no matter what server/port combination I change it to. So right now, I am running a different server for this profile but vpn stats page shows the above. I tried looking at nvram and I can see the current/correct address not the above. Any ideas where this value is pulled from?

380.58 is old - upgrade, as this might have been fixed since then.

I upgraded to 380.64 and did a factory reset. However, I did restore using John's nvram backup tool, and noted the same issue.

So the question remains, what nvram value is this being pulled from? For the life of me, I can't see to locate where this value is being populated from but it seems to be a setting somewhere within nvram.
